1/Assist in the Management of Weber R&D Department in SGRS
2/Lead R&D projects allowing the development of novel an d innovative premix solutions
3/Build up networking with R&D departments, plants, Universities, Competence Centers, an d other functions within SG Group
4/Establish cementitious material competences
5/Provide technical support an d solutions to satisfy business needs
6/Cooperate with Business unit in the definition of the projects, follow up an d results

2.Principal AcＣountabilities
1/Technical
-Provide technical leadership, maintain/improve technical know-how an d competencies;
2/Participate
-Participate actively in the external conference an d internal project review meeting, involving in planning, developing, an d leading projects / programs, contributing expertise an d new technologies Ｏr the application of the existing technologies to support R&D programs.
-Maintain hands-on involvement with customers´ needs an d requirements through review meeting to assist in solving problems an d formulation future program needs.
-Participate an d coordinate new ideas part of innovation -Support patent filling to protect the intellectual properties of premix solutions -Manage an d train R&D technician an d Junior Engineer
3/Organize an d Coordinate
-Build up an d extend networking with relevant R&D centers, plants an d other functions within SG group;
-Organize an d leverage internal resource to continuously build up competency in SGRS;
-Organize sharing activities; Coordination of technical work with technician

3. Qualification & Skills:
1/ Master degree Ｏr above in cement Ｏr polymer chemistry Ｏr related majors
2/Solid theoretical knowledge, extensive R&D an d application experience in polymer modified cementitious materials （or cement mortar additives）
3/ Strong project management skill
3/ English compulsory, good English in both written an d spoken
4/ Open minded, initiative, formulation, an d ability to become autonomous, curious.
